Meet Tracy



When did you start attending Simply Fitness classes?

I purchased a paddleboarding package as a Christmas gift for myself at the end of 2021, and I excitedly awaited good weather and my first paddleboarding 101 class. I finally got to try it out for the first time in April of this year. I was worried that it would be too challenging because, as a runner, I have some ankle strength and

mobility issues. But I had such a great time, and it wasn't long until I was hooked! Since then, I've also attended yoga with Simply Fitness in the studio and on the paddleboard!

Favorite Yoga pose?


Corpse pose. It's my favorite part of every class because it's one of the few times throughout the week that I feel truly relaxed and my jaw unclenches.


Fun Fact about you?

I'm a huge nerd and gamer. I've logged 1000s of hours on Animal Crossing and World of Warcraft over the years.


Greatest aspect of Simply Fitness?


Simply Fitness is great for beginners and experts and everything in between. While I've taken several paddleboard classes with Erica, I still enjoy paddling in a 101 level class with her. She is great at explaining things when you're new, and then keeping things interesting once you've been around for a while. One of the things I love the most about paddleboarding is that she points out beaver dams, turtles, and eagles. I once told her that aside from being on the lake with her, the only other time I've ever seen an eagle in "nature" is at the zoo or Dollywood! There truly is something for everyone at Simply Fitness!
