Meet Joanna Parks

 

When did you start attending Simply Fitness classes?  

  • 2021. I started weekly slow flow yoga classes. Later I started paddle boarding and loved it so much I bought my own board. 

Favorite Yoga pose?

  • Legs up the wall; Childs pose. 

 

Fun Fact about you?

  •  Love jam bands

 

Greatest aspect of Simply Fitness?  

  • Erica and everyone I’ve ever met in Simply Fitness classes is super welcoming and inclusive.
