“I’ve been paddle boarding with Erica several times. Each time has been unique and wonderful. On my most recent I had a few new experiences. Erica drove me to Crooked Creek in her van, Rhonda. A small group of us paddled around for a while.
Somehow I managed to fall off the board. This might scare people off, but it wasn't as scary as I would have imagined. As I swam back towards the board I heard Erica say "the paddle floats". Erica quickly came on the other side of the board. She steadied it & guided me back on. Luckily, thanks to my Peeper Keepers my glasses stayed on. After changing into some dry clothes, I got right back on board.
We all enjoyed the sunset, and watching stars appear. It was quite surreal sitting on a board, listening to a screech owl, and watching the full moon. I can't wait for my next adventure!”
