Additionally hosting a weekly live/virtual class schedule.
Erica has relationships with other local wellness practitioners,
bringing unique collaborations to offsite venues such as
corporate functions or private parties.

With a lifelong commitment to health and wellness I decided to be certified as
a personal trainer and a RYT-200 yoga instructor.
My holistic approach considers the complete picture of my clients’ lives, looking at diet
and nutrition, exercise, hobbies, as well as any medical issues.
Typical training styles include body weight exercises, along with instruction for an outdoor or at home routine.
A native of Brown County, Indiana, I developed a love for outdoor recreation at an early age.
When not working with clients, I can be found kayaking, hiking, flowing through a yoga routine or
working out in the
Brown County State Park or on the Salt Creek Trail.
My certifications are through the National Academy of Sports Medicine,
Nourishing Heart Yoga, Exalt Yoga and the
National Exercise Trainers Association.
