Assisted Stretch & Flexiblity
Simply Fitness' Assisted Stretch & Flexibility private sessions are designed to help you achieve your movement goals with ease. The initial 75-minute session includes an intake to assess your needs, followed by a fully clothed hands-on session supported by a table.

THe sessions are designed to decrease inflammation, increase range of motion, boost blood circulation, support body posture, quality sleep, and release stress.
