Invest in a three session bundle for Strength Training or Yoga. My holistic approach considers the complete picture of my clients’ lives, looking at diet and nutrition, exercise, hobbies, as well as any medical issues. Typical training styles include body weight exercises, along with instruction for an outdoor or at home routine. Together we will tailor a plan geared to your fitness levels and goals. Sessions are scheduled in studio, adapting around your lifestyle.
**If you desire Yoga or Strength Training, each has an at home plan that comes with written documentation, pictures or video of poses and/or exercises. We will meet three times for specific face to face demonstration.
