Service Description

Slide through Summer with this weekly OUTDOOR class. A hybrid of strength based, body weight exercises. Followed by yoga postures for a cool down. Explore this four week series on the Salt Creek Trail & High School Track. Gather at 6:30 AM: June 3rd, 5th, 10th, 12th, 17th, 19th 24th & 26th. * Make up dates as needed. Class is approximately 45 minutes - investment is $151 - includes 8 live sessions!
