Service Description
Welcome the New Year with this once weekly class. A hybrid of strength based, body weight exercises. Followed by yoga postures for a cool down. Explore the four week series @6 PM - Thursday evenings starting February 5th. Dates include: February 5-26th - Make up dates as needed. These sessions are 30 - 45 minutes long, your financial investment is $79. Series includes 4 live classes - plus take home written workouts. Invest in yourself - the strength and stretch class can enhance your fitness routine by promoting flexibility, building muscle, improve balance & reduce the risk of injuries! These sessions provide a holistic approach to overall well-being. It's a versatile and effective way to maintain physical health and flexibility.
