Paddle and practice yoga with Simply Fitness - Sunday Join the class as you navigate a gentle introduction to paddle boarding & yoga. Paddling can be a fun and pleasantly challenging way to increase your recreational activity. Commune with nature, any fitness level can explore yoga on the board. Up to 6 participants in each session. Paddleboard, life jacket, tethered anchor and paddle provided, just bring yourself :) BYOB have a board? Message me about separate fee. DISCLAIMER •Book no less than 6 hrs ahead or call. •Must know how to swim. •Board weight limit is 375 lbs. •More than 15 minutes late results in forfeit of investment.
