Wrapping up 2022, Simply Fitness is thankful for all the opportunities to share wellness and movement this year.
I explored an ebb-n-flow of 4-6 private clients per week. Additionally two public yoga classes weekly..
This past August I spent 168 continuous hours outside in nature. All alongside the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore in Michigan. Navigated a 55 mile backpacking trip.

Simply Fitness hosted 170 people on paddleboards this Summer.
