1. All Levels Welcome – Simply Fitness designs paddleboard yoga sessions for beginners and experienced yogis alike, with supportive instruction every step of the way.

2. Equipment Provided – No paddleboard? No problem. Everything you need—board, paddle, anchor, and life vest is included.

3. Calm, Guided Settings – Class takes place on peaceful Yellowwood lake, I am a certified instructor - creating a safe and empowering environment to try something new.
