Equipment Provided for Your Convenience
Don't have your own paddleboard? No problem! At Simply Fitness, we include everything you need for your paddleboard yoga experience. This includes the board, paddle, anchor, and life vest. All you need to bring is a sense of adventure!

Calm, Guided Settings
Sessions take place on the peaceful Yellowwood Lake. As a certified instructor,
I create a safe and empowering environment for you to try something new. The serene setting enhances your yoga practice, allowing you to connect with nature while finding inner peace.
