I began my yoga journey with Simply Fitness in 2016.
My favorite posture is Chaturanga Dandasana. (Think plank plus push up) It aligns the whole body and builds strength.

Erica meets you where you are on your fitness journey. She has a unique way of incorporating the great outdoors.
Fun fact about me?
I have 3 dogs, 5 cats, 10 ducks, 2 geese, 5 guineas, 4 turkeys, 43 chickens, 5 goats and 25 sheep. Living life on Yellowwood Farm:)
