Sound Healing & Restorative Paddleboard yoga

Give yourself permission for time and space. You deserve the opportunity to explore nature, immerse yourself and receive support from others. You are allowed to love yourself. 

Simply Fitness will assist participants in a yoga sequence to calm the mind, reduce stress & promote overall well-being.

Additionally a floating sound bath along the bank combines the ancient practice of sound healing with the relaxation of being near water. This creates a unique experience that can be deeply relaxing and therapeutic.

We will listen to Coleen Fleming utilizing various instruments, using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes & drums.

All the while exploring, gentle movements and times of stillness on an anchored paddleboard lakeside. Experience this with us June 5th.
