PRIVATE - invite- Paddleboard 101 - LeadHership
Paddle and learn with Simply Fitness as you navigate a gentle introduction to paddle boarding. This can be a fun and pleasantly challenging way to increase your recreational activity. Sit, Kneel or Stand YOUR CHOICE.
*Must know how to swim
*Board weight limit is 375 lbs. *More than 15 minutes late results in forfeit of investment.
