Gather for a Paddleboard 101 session at Yellowwood Lake.
Paddle and learn with Simply Fitness as you navigate a gentle introduction to paddle boarding. This can be a fun and pleasantly challenging way to increase your recreational activity. Sit, Kneel or Stand YOUR CHOICE.
Paddleboard, life jacket and paddle provided, just bring yourself :)
