About the Event
We’ll paddle and take short scenic walks—exploring stunning waterfalls, one visible right from our boards.
Embark on an unforgettable journey of chasing waterfalls in mid Tennessee May 7th-10th 2026
Shared overnight accommodations (come solo or bring a buddy) yoga practices and select meals are provided for a hassle-free experience amidst nature's wonders.
Must have paddled with Simply Fitness before. Bring your own board (limited rental available) follow us through the waterways of Fall Creek Falls and Burgess Falls between Pikeville & Sparta Tennessee.
You will feel a sense of adventure without overwhelm, stronger and more capable on the water, energized by movement and nature, and proud of what your body can do—returning home refreshed, confident, and craving your next paddle.
Thursday - Arrive/check in Air BNB, Pikeville TN. Charcuterie grazing board dinner - get to know new friends & HOT TUB TIME.
