Embark on an unforgettable journey of chasing waterfalls in mid Tennessee May 9th - the 12th 2025.

Join us for three enchanting nights as we paddle and hike by day to picturesque waterfalls from our paddleboards.

Shared overnight accommodations (come solo or bring a buddy) yoga practices and select meals are provided for a hassle-free experience amidst nature's wonders.

Must have paddled with Simply Fitness before. Bring your own board (limited rental available) follow us through the waterways of Fall Creek Falls and Burgess Falls between Spencer & Sparta Tennessee.
