Join us as we explore the cultivation of a yin and restorative yoga practice. This class will allow us to maintain breath awareness through postures, while mentally being in the moment. Yin poses target our connective tissues, the bones, muscles & ligaments. Nourishment occurs when holding poses for a longer duration. Yins’ stillness allows the chi or energy to feed and hydrate the body. Round out the sequence with Restorative yoga exploring little muscular engagement and letting the body and mind decompress. •• Limited to 4 participants. ** Located in Simply Fitness Studio •Cancellations less than 24 hours of event will not be refunded.
