Summer Outdoor Workout Slide into Summer with this twice weekly class. A hybrid of strength based, body weight exercises. Followed by yoga postures for a cool down. Explore this four week series on Tuesday/Thursday Mornings on the Salt Creek Trail. Gather at 6:30 AM - every TU/TH - starts June 6th * Make up dates as needed. Class is 45 minutes - investment is $137 - Includes 8 live sessions!
