With a lifelong commitment to health and wellness I decided to be certified as
a personal trainer, RYT-200 yoga, paddleboard instructor & most recently adding assisted stretch.

​

My holistic approach considers the complete picture of my clients’ lives,
looking at nutrition, exercise, hobbies,
as well as any medical issues.
Typical training styles include body weight exercises,along with instruction for an
outdoor at home routine.

MORE ABOUT ME:

A native of Brown County, Indiana, I developed a love for outdoor
recreation at an early age. When not working with clients, I can be found
on my paddleboard, backpacking, hiking, flowing through a yoga routine or
working out in the Brown County State Park or on the Salt Creek Trail.
